Bill was everything I look for in an excellent instructor. He created a welcoming environment for nervous students and lead us through practice exercises that were empowering and results-oriented. The day after I took his class at General Assembly I spoke (quite successfully!) on a panel in front of an audience of about 75 people. Bill's class was great preparation!
