I met Bill through one of his workshops on public speaking and was immediately impressed with his ability to get everyone from the shyest to the boldest participants to improve their speaking skills in a short time. I have since hired him as a private coach on two occasions and both times he helped me ace the presentations. Public speaking coaches need to have expertise to be sure, but also a highly developed sense of what each person needs (i.e. when to push and when to simply build confidence). Bill has all that.
