Bill is a great coach. I met Bill as my instructor for a presentation skills workshop. Most classes are interesting but I was impressed with Bill's technique.

He recorded each participant and provided personalized feedback. We had about 10 people in a 3 hour class yet he was able to do several iterations.

I am a firm believer in the fact that you learn more while having fun and that's what this was -- learning while having fun.

To summarize, Bill is personable and has the moxie to make the agenda work for a diverse class. He delivered. He's a popular instructor who has a following at CS.
