I had the opportunity to attend Bill Smartt's Executive Presence workshop and receive coaching from Bill for a presentation to 200 colleagues. Bill's approach in his workshop and coaching is fun and impactful. He has an amazing rapport with everyone. Bill leverages his deep experience in performing arts to develop presence skills for the workplace that focus on achieving a relaxed and comfortable state. Once relaxed we can be charismatic and 'present' no matter the situation. I have applied his insightful tips and tricks in all I do.
